As this evidently involves a lot more more work on Mike's end coordinating with SF staff than I had realized, there is no hurry. I'm going to look at Mike's version over the weekend and look more closely at mine and see where they end up. I'll post sometime next week, next time perhaps I wont post after being up 20 hours.
