OK. The "Tag: <value>" will be harder for me to parse, but if you need
to access the information in the file from a running LEAF system I don't
see many options. :-(

Now that we're going to use the "Tag: <value>" format, don't we need
something like autospec or dpkg-gencontrol for package developers to
use?
