Um, that "and/or" worries me a bit. I hope important things like security advisories, bugfix updates, and the like are always posted to leaf-announce. Not "_or_ posted on our phpWebSite". A "pull" medium like a website is not appropriate as the only conduit for important announcements like that, as not everyone has time to continually check the website.
