Greg, PHP 4.2.2 is a recommended minimum. The phpWS team may bump this to 4.3 due to the release of PEAR 1.0. I think I got that right. > If so does a SF support request need to be > created now to prepare for the eventual use of 09x? No. The SF Staff is well aware of the need to upgrade php from 4.1.2. They will do it after they're able to complete regression, and load tests. Upgrading any software on the SF project web farm affects all projects, so when this upgrade will happen is anyones guess. > I have been monitoring the fallout forum. 09x is on RC3. I've come to the conclusion that it's ready when they finally release it. I'm subscribed to their devel and cvs-commits lists. > The themes have to be recreated for 9x. There is a version of the 1225AM theme available for 0.8.3 CVS. It would require minor tweaks to get our current theme working. I want to do a complete overhaul for 0.9x. There are many theming possibilities with this release that weren't possible with 0.8x. My tentative plan as of now is: Upgrade to 0.8.3 CVS with 1225AM theme, and wait for 0.9x to stabilize. During the waiting period start new 0.9x theme development. -- Mike Noyes <mhnoyes @ users.sourceforge.net> http://sourceforge.net/users/mhnoyes/ http://leaf-project.org/ http://sitedocs.sf.net/ http://ffl.sf.net/ ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.NET email is sponsored by: SourceForge Enterprise Edition + IBM + LinuxWorld = Something 2 See! http://www.vasoftware.com _______________________________________________ leaf-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/leaf-devel
