  Thanks for your answer. Actually I explained myself badly.

  Right now we are have to do this job using an E-Smith (2.2.16) system. We 
are using CBQ with sfq queue discipline. But if this problem persists, we 
will probably patch the 2.2.16 kernel for HTB (HTB2 of course). We know HTB 
will be much more flexibleand powerful.

  At the same time, this is a good question for future investigation, as we 
will need to solve this scenario with 2.4.20 Bering systems.

  So please, if you have any clue with CBQ or HTB I am all ears :)) In the 
meantime I'm going to investigate in the sites you recommended.

  BTW, a stupid doubt. When you do NAT, for upload QoS the rules are related 
to the private IP's or the public IP?
