And, of course, some packages are preferred to be upgraded even older versions are still working - just because they have bugfixes/improvements. I think that packages that are currently building/working and aren't critical, will be taken from old bering-uclibc repository (generic or contributed); and critical updates will be easily backported. Also, this release is in early beta stage, and main objective now to assemble something working with functional of old 3.1.1 and possible some improvements in basic scripts, and then make cleanup of source.
