On 2.6.35 I noticed troubles with HTB shaper over bonding interface, and one nag.ru user describes similar problem with 3.2.x. I still not upgraded distro on our borders, so I can't say if this problem is present. On 3.4.x this problem is absent (as said other user from nag.ru).
