This is not an LRP (2.9.4+) solution... it is a "normal distro" or
LRP 2.9.3 solution.
To accomplish this in current versions of LRP, fix the RCDLINKS variable
in the appropriate init script, which will in turn affect the
above-mentioned links when you either reboot or use
# update-rc.d -a -f -w
