As already pointed out the via-rhine driver is the one to use here.

As a warning note, I had loads of trouble with this card and driver. I suspect
the driver as I have no trouble with the same card under NT. The LRP box had
three DFE530TX cards in and would work fine for a while then an interface would
stop with Transmission Timed out errors. I never got to the bottom of it but
swapped the cards for Intel EtherPro 10/100s and not had any problems since.

The markings on my card are as follows :
        At end of card 8DFE530TX6B1
        Sticker on card REV-A3-1
        Chips same as you.
