I haven't heard of any, and in a brief websearch I cannot find any.
Support for internal DSL modems has been _extremely_ rare in Linux.

Haven't heard of anyone setting up _any_ linux box with an internal dsl
modem, supported or not.

See above. I have an Alcatel, but I don't know if that would be
compatible with your Qwest service.

Well, dsl drivers come from _somewhere_, so you could consider tackling
it yourself. Not for the faint of heart, I expect.
