I used to work for @home - unfortunately it was prior to the widespread release of the newer terayon modems (I suspect that they may be the issue or possibly the headend modem). These types of modem's do not come with an on/off switch (which is a great design feature as unplugging the power from the back of the modem can cause a spike that fries it), and must be unplugged in order to be reset. I had my friend unplug the modem for 15 minutes (which should wipe out any cache'd MAC) and still we had no luck.
