*Why* are you doing this?

With @home, I needed to send a client-id; but, now, with attbi.com, it
makes no difference.

Right now, at&t's dns is totally whacky and nearly non-working.  ip
addresses resolve to hostnames that do not resolve to anything at all. 
hostnames that they pass to me via dhcp do not resolve to ip addresses. 
Nevertheless, I get a consistent fixed-address everytime that I request
it -- and, for testing purposes, I've released and requested my address
hundreds of times ;>
