I use two of the Linksys LNE100-TX cards (tulip driver), they seem to work great and they're cheap. You can sometimes get them for $5 after rebates. Also, I'm not sure about the Netgear, but for the Linksys you just have to uncomment the tulip driver during your initial configuration, and both cards apparently use just the one driver (you don't need two of the same type).
