I've used cbqinit and htbinit. These are tc script generators. Each class has a file in which the parameters like rate, ceiling, scheduling method, parent class etc are mentioned. These reside in /etc/sysconfig/cbq or htb. Htbinit.lrp is available - google search threw it up on a Korean/HK site. The script, however, exits with an error in LEAF.
Is it possible to develop another script-file combination in shorewall itself that describes the class heirarchy, flow patterns etc to generate the tc script? I'm not familiar with HTB.init. If it uses the "fw" classifier, then it will probably need some modification to work with Shorewall. If it uses another classifier such as u32, you can probably just invoke it from /etc/shorewall/tcstart. -Tom -- Tom Eastep \ Shorewall - iptables made easy AIM: tmeastep \ http://www.shorewall.net ICQ: #60745924 \ [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by: OSDN - Tired of that same old cell phone?
