Setting up a new install here, I comment out many of the packages (from lrpkg.cfg) to expedite startup times until I have the foundation config setup.

I doing so I ended up with ulogd.lrp removed. Strangely this caused bustage in Shorewall, as upon an "svi shorewall startup" command I was given a response of:
LOGFILE (/var/log/shorewall.log) does not exist!
and shorewall stops (abends) there.

Ostensibly, I'd characterize this as:
   Action: remove ulogd.lrp from lrpkg.cfg
Expected result: shorewall continues to work fine
Observed result: shorewall fails to start up

I would expect this is unlikely to affect many people but shorewall's dependency upon ulogd was certainly unexpected :)

Thanks for LEAF!
