Charles, That did it. Apparently I was indeed using the wrong snmpd package, although I could've swore I was using the correct pacakge. When running the snmpwalk this time, I get good results. Thanks for bearing with me through this. I will have to try and track down where I get the other file from. Thanks again.

Try using matching netsnmpd and netsnmpu packages and you'll probably have better results.
