Take care to change syslinux.cfg and leaf.cfg to point to the USB stick 
instead of the cdrom/floppy.
And of course replace initrd.lrp with initrd_usb.lrp which provides the usb 
modules at boot time (rename the latter to initrd.lrp on your stick).
