I had an old Pentium-166mhz system on the 3 meg line and it would run everything. After the upgrade to 6 meg, I could not get more than 4 meg max out of the leaf box. It was running a two floppy set up with the Dachstein release.
What is the next pc configuration I need to get the full 6 meg? Computer show coming up in a few weeks and I will see about getting a new box. This one is over 10 years running a Share The Net, then leaf configuration, only needing a power supply and floppy drive over that period! Right now I am connecting via Buffalo Airstation router making the connections, and it keeps up with all the traffic.
