Hi Kevin, Difficult to say. If it's just a plain router/firewall without ipsec, a Pentium 166 with some decent (pci) NICs and at least 16 Mbyte should be more than enough. I'm running LEAF on a WRAP, which has a 233 Mhz fast core i486 processor and it's working very good.
