Leaf is not different than any other firewall in respect to SIP/RTP 
traffic. That means it works well but it's not really trivial to setup.
You have to open the SIP port and a range for RTP traffic. The range 
can be limited in the VOIP server you use. SIP/RTP is not really 
firewall/nat friendly (general, not Leaf related), that's why 
protocols like AIX2 (Asterisk) and skype exist.
