Hi kp, Thanks for taking a look at this. My logic regarding 4.x was that: a) There might be a demand for this from users still on 4.x b) I am still using 4.x myself :-} Clearly it is time for me to migrate to 5.0! I will certainly create a 5.x documentation page and I'm happy to take this forward on either 4.x or 5.x based on your recommendation.
