I have managed to get Wisp-Disp running on an ICOP single board computer (Vortex86), booting from CompactFlash via IDE, just had to modify the configuration to use /dev/hdb1 and /dev/hdb2 and it all works well, I can log into the Wisp-Disp admin tool.
The board recognised the 802.11b module (connected via MiniPCI) - this module has a Prism3 chipset. I setup the wireless configuration, and my Windows XP machine sees the access point name I specified, but cannot connect to the access point. Today I keep getting errors like these: hostap_pci: wlan0 Tx timed out! Resetting card hostap_pci: wlan0: resetting card And occcationally: wlan0: prism2_tx - to BAP0 failed Even without the errors (which were not appearing yesterday), I'm finding it impossible to connect to the Access Point. I've tried with and without WEP to no avail. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!
