Ray, that's exactly what I'm doing.
Actually more fixup is needed so I run the following lines:

/sbin/iwconfig netcs1 txpower 23dB channel 6
/sbin/iwconfig netcs2 txpower 23dB ESSID amb3 channel 11
/sbin/ip addr add 10.4.4.1/24 dev netcs2
/etc/network/ifup netcs2
/etc/init.d/dhcpd restart

Anyway Vladimir suggested a bug is out there that could cause the problem and I
prefer to fix the bug (in case it exists).
He also suggested a race condition could exists but I could not find anything in
that direction.
