Why not. If you patch the kernel against it and check that it works, I will integrate it into the tree.

I don't have any Prism54 hardware myself, so if I patch the kernel myself, I will do it blindly without any actual testing. It's not a big deal, but you would have to download the devel tree and check that it actually works. :)
