Put the following in /etc/default/pcmcia file:
PCIC_OPTS="irq_mode=0 pci_csc=0 poll_interval=100"
or, if it doesn't help,
PCIC_OPTS="irq_list=0"
I would also like to have output of "cat /proc/pci" command so that I may integrate workaround for your PCMCIA bridge in future releases of WISP-Dist.

Search in the list, there was discussion about this - you need to put correct PCIC_OPTS parameter.
