I think we can use Packet Mangle MARK of IPTABLES + cbq.init
- MARK all packet with src address of LAN and destination 0/0 in preroute.
- MARK all packet with src address of 0/0 and destination of LAN in
postroute
- use the maark id for CBQ.init

i'm not that good in iptables .. so CMIIW
