For GPS fetch this http://www.gps.gov/technical/icwg/IS-GPS-200E.pdfand search for occurrences of "UT1". I'm pretty sure I've seen powerpoint suggesting the two other new satellite navigation systems will be supplying similar data as well, though I've not dug through their technical specifications to find out how they'll present it.
