No. In the EU the changes occur at 01:00 UTC. That is: * in the UK, the change is 01:00->02:00 and 02:00->01:00 local; * in Germany, the change is 02:00->03:00 and 03:00->02:00 local; * in Greece, the change is 03:00->04:00 and 04:00->03:00 local. -- Clive D.W.
