I hope to have my lab PC record both MSF and DCF77 near 23:59:60 tonight. Unfortunately, I lack the receiver and antenna needed for recording GLONASS signals, which -- as I understood it -- will have a phase jump in their time base thanks to the leap second. At least that is the claim; it would be nice to have it actually documented by observation.
So if you have access to the necessary equipment and have nothing better to do over midnight, you'll find the necessary technical details in http://www.glonass-center.ru/ICD02_e.pdf A simple storage-oscilloscope recording at some suitable IF should be sufficient, I'd be happy to help out with the offline demodulation and decoding afterwards.
