Sorry about these 2 reports, trying to learn ledger and hadn't realised 2.6 docs didn't necessarily match 3.0. I have d/l'd 2.6 and am getting the newbieism out of the way with that.
Is there a list of the principal differences between 2.6 and 3.0? As I have no legacy to maintain I will be starting by reentering transactions for the 08/09 year into a new ledger system. Would you recommend I stick with 2.6 and convert files at a later date or just jump in with 3.0 and put up with the doc niggles?
