I will have to look into the DateManip library. I am currently working on a new module for Ledger-mode that will allow you to schedule upcoming transactions in a very flexible way (like every other Friday schedule paycheck, etc). Then It will put the xact in your Ledger buffer. This will be to complement Ledger's auto xact functionality. I have the back end mostly worked out but I am not happy with the syntax for specifying the sheduling.
