I think the documentation is acceptable. It certainly isn't complete, but I think it is very useable. The biggest weakness is still the value expression section.
ledger-mode is ready to go. I am still working on an auto scheduler to add transactions, but it is taking too long. There are some long-standing performance problems on really large buffers but I think those are insoluble inside emacs.
