The "ldg"/"ledger" divide creates opportunities for confusion. Would it
makes sense to replace ldg with ledger ? The tool, entry function and
mode are named ledger after all, and it's easier to find under that name
in the emacs package list.
I guess John started to the move to ldg, maybe he'll have an opinion
when he returns.
