Some examples of what I'm trying to capture for various types of account
- checking/savings accounts: account number
- fixed deposits: start date, end date, type of deposit, interest rate,
auto-renew status, note to myself on what to do upon maturity
- credit card accounts: rewards notes
- pretty much any account: notes
etc.

In general, it seems like there is plenty of meta-data associated with any
institutional account, and I was trying to capture these in ledger.
