"Expenses:Fuel" argument is missing at the end of command you issued
[compared to the one I used] that's causing the different output in your
case.
$ ledger reg -f ~/TextFiles/report.ledger -H -p "2016" --columns=72 -M
16-Jul-01 - 16-Jul-31 Equity:Fuel:Bike 195$ 97$
<Adjustment> -310$ -213$
Equity:Fuel:Car 620$ 407$
Expenses:Fuel:Bike 503$ 910$
Expenses:Fuel:Car 219$ 1129$
Liab:CreditCar:Axis -500$ 629$
Liab:CreditCar:Citi -600$ 29$
There is no ".ledgerc" file and no pricing db as installed ledger on a new
system.
Can you please suggest any other things to check to sort this out?
