Hi 

I am haskell beginner and really interested in contributing.
can we meet sometime on irc to discuss contributing - just to ease in new 
interested contributors like me.
i think if we have irc meetings to discuss contribution works - it will 
help new folks to chip in.

i think - I should start with documentation and bugs first.
please let me know if meetings to encourage new contributors can happen.
