Hello, I was trying to use ledger with the --explicit and --pedantic command line options but I came across a bug. If I don't have any account defined it doesn't raise any error. I tried to add a single account definition and I got the errors I was expecting.
The github page has issues disabled so I am wondering what's the recommended way to report issues.
