Ledger's logic regarding revaluation entries is perhaps too simple: They occur
whenever there is an "event" in the timestream. In your case, you have two
events: a transaction involving HRK on 3/1, and a pricing entry on 4/1.

The fact that the price of FUND changes on 2/1 isn't taken into account,
because you're asking about valuations in term of HRK, not FUND.

Perhaps the algorithm here needs improvement, but it's not immediately clear
to me what the rule would be. If we start introducing this indirect types of
changes, it could become quite complex to know when to report such entries.
