Just because it's an Income: account doesn't mean that it's taxable
income.  Income:Gifts is not taxable in many cirumstances/countries,
for example.

I don't think Expenses:*:Discounts make sense, but sure, you could
just decrease Expenses:Auto:Fuel if you want to.
