It looks like --monthly is using the price from the most recent valuation
within that period.
That still does not add up for me. IIUC, the most recent valuation in
the period 17-Sep-01 to 17-Sep-30 is 1 DM = €1. The sum of all posting
to E in said period is 20 DM = (10 DM + 10 DM). With above valuation
that would make €20. What am I missing here?
Without --monthly, you get €15 as you'd expect.
