I think:
   dev-perl/locale-maketext-lexicon
   dev-perl/ConfigReader
   dev-perl/module-build
   dev-perl/MIME-Lite

I believe that in Portage the dev-perl/libwww-perl you mention may in  
fact be a dependency of one of these.

I also used app-portage/g-cpan to install Config-Std. I'm not sure if  
this could safely be done by the L-SMB ebuild (I had to configure my  
Portage overlay first), but I believe that Config-Std _is_ a  
dependency and that `g-cpan` would therefore be the correct way to  
install this under Gentoo. Perhaps an einfo or ewarn message within  
the ebuild would be appropriate, instead.
