I figure 1.4 is a good timeline for 2.0 requirements, depending on how
quickly it is adopted by distros.
However, some of the specific features will cause issues for us hence we
need to test with it. In particular we do a lot of array parsing of Pg
arrays. If those arrays come back as Perl lists, it may mess with our code.
