Just to be clear here, it's good to hear about your bad experience so we can help ensure it doesn't happen again. This feedback is also good and worth it. At that time I was overly swamped with paid LedgerSMB work and unfortunately let the mailing list participation slide a bit. I don't expect this to recur because a lot of things are being restructured to ensure I always set aside some time to participate more fully in this way.
