That quite likely did take care of the LedgerSMB/Template/TXT.pm
related errors: I was able to duplicate those errors using a test v1.2
database with a 1.3.15-2 installation, while those errors did not come
up with a 1.3.17 installation. And, unlike with the 1.3.15-2
installation, the conversion step does appear to complete. However, the
resulting database does not have the company data that should have been
brought over from the old v1.2 database, so that aspect of the issue is
still present.
