Are you running Apache 2.4 ? A package for LedgerSMB 1.3.25 has
been in Debian unstable for awhile
(http://packages.debian.org/sid/ledgersmb ) but can't transition to
testing because of a bug related to it's configuration for Apache 2.4;
that version might still actually be usable (the v1.3.25-1 package)
but you need to manually reconfigure it for use with the newer version
of Apache if that's what you're using.
Note that I am working on an updated LedgerSMB package, with some
package bug fixes and a much newer LedgerSMB version, and hope to have
that uploaded this month.
