This usually happens when there were problems loading the stored procedure
files into the . Maybe you can go into the database through setup.pl and
answer 'Yes' to the question if it should "rebuild". That should load all
the stored procedures into the database again. If/when that's successful,
you should be able to access your company through setup.pl and login.pl
without problems from there on.
