This usually happens when there were problems loading the stored
procedure files into the . Maybe you can go into the database through
setup.pl <http://setup.pl> and answer 'Yes' to the question if it
should "rebuild". That should load all the stored procedures into the
database again. If/when that's successful, you should be able to
access your company through setup.pl <http://setup.pl> and login.pl
<http://login.pl> without problems from there on.
Finally managed to try this...
When logging in to setup.pl the message is: LedgerSMB 1.5 db found.
Rebuilding it does not still make it possible to create users, and the
message about 1.5 db remains when logging in again.
