This indicates you're using mod_perl on the server. Are you trying to run
LedgerSMB under mod_perl? Or do you run a "standard" setup? Can you send us
(a link to) your Apache config so we can understand your environment better?

Ok. I'm not completely familiar with the PPA, but could you run 'perl -c
setup.pl' from the directory that 'setup.pl' script is located in? What's
the output when you do that?
