Agree. He needs time on the pitch to make enough chances in order to create one. He missed a chance with the last kick of the game the other week - and got slagged for it. But he'd only been on the pitch since the 83rd minute. Saha had been on the rest of the game and did nothing. He's being badly managed. Send him back to Leeds on loan in January! M >>To me the media have been getting it entirely wrong about Beckford. They have all been saying "oh it's the pressure of the Prem, he'd have buried that at Leeds". Not true at all. I liked Beckford, but at Leeds he has has always needed 5 chances to score a goal. The thing was that his pace and movement meant he got an awful lot of chances in League 1 so you forgave his errent finishing as he still bagged a hatful. If you miss 5 chances at a struggling Prem team, you may not get on the pitch to have many more. When he scored the other week I said to my Everton mate "good stuff, but be warned he'll miss his next 5 chances". Sure enough...<< _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman-new.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] MARCHING ON TOGETHER
