No to both: 
 
-          Woodgate is the most injury prone player since Darren
Anderton and should only be considered if he can be sent back the moment
he breaks down again so we don't have to pay even a portion of his wages
 
-          Smith - sorry, no. Nothing to do with his transfer to MUFC at
all, rather the guy was neither a prolific striker or any sort of a
midfielder and since losing his speed has clearly shown that he's not
much of the latter now either.
 
I'd much prefer any of Richard Dunne, Stephen Ireland or Michael Johnson
before our two yesteryear pups.
 
Please please can Collins not play tonight...

 Woodgate's a much better player than Smith. On form, he's world class.
If we could get him on a pay as you play deal, I don't see where the
risk would be (and I bet Spurs would pay some of his wages - they
clearly are eager for him to get some match practice).
